Genesee County is partnering with IPT by BidNet as part of the Western New York Bid System and will post all of Bids, RFP’s and RFQ information to this site. As a vendor, you can register with the Western NY Bid System and be sure that you see all available bids and opportunities. By selecting automatic bid notification, your company will receive emails anytime Genesee County has a bid opportunity that matches your company's business. In addition, the site handles bid opportunities, RFPs, and RFQs for other member governmental agencies as well. Genesee County Purchasing Department – Bid Notices Dear Valued Vendor: Genesee County is happy to announce it is a member of The Western New York Purchasing Group for soliciting bids from vendors. This automatic bid notification system allows your company to receive messages anytime Genesee County has a bid opportunity that matches your company’s line of business. In addition to Genesee County there are 17 other governmental agencies, using The Western New York Purchasing Group to post their Bids, Request for Proposals and Request for Quotes.
