Department Services
- Responsible for overall administration of County Government
- Prepare and control of County budget
- Assistance and Research of Citizen/Legislature Requests
- Specific administration of Housing Program Grants and STOP-DWI program
- Administrative oversight of the Buildings and Grounds department
- Labor Relations and Union Contract Negotiations
- General Oversight of Capital Projects
- Provide viable leadership for both County staff and the community.
- Responsible for coordination of paperwork processing for Physically Handicapped Preschool Program; i.e. State forms, payables, State reimbursement for services provided.
- Liaison with Genesee County Economic Development Center, Empire Zone Board and Chamber of Commerce for promotion of business retention and employment growth within the county
