An Ivitation To Your Dealership
As a smaller county office in Western New York, we pride ourselves on the efficiency of our office. Our customers have the pleasure of experiencing fast turn around time of both in-office and mail-processed work.

With that said, we would like to extend an invitation to your dealership. Regardless of your location, your work can be processed at our office. Any dealer work submitted to our office requires a REGISTRATION SERVICE FOR GENESEE COUNTY transmittal form (registration form) (pdf 131 kb). This short form allows your dealership and our office to maintain a record of the work being submitted. Once the work is ready and your transmittal is complete, you have two options:

  1. Come to the office to personally drop off your work. You can then return after 3-7 days to pick up your completed transactions.
    -OR-
  2. Mail your work to Genesee County DMV; PO Box 379; Batavia, NY 14021. You will need to include a large enough envelope with sufficient postage for the return of your completed transactions.

There are a few other things you should know. You need to include a separate check for every six transactions being submitted. We also ask that you provide a phone number and contact person for questions that may arise in the processing of your work.
