This 120 hour program is designed for the entry level employee. The four week course will train employees and individuals who want to succeed in the field of customer service and sales. It includes all the basics to allow the employees to hit the ground running in today's marketplace.

Cost
Tuition for the complete Customer Service and Sales Training Program is only $1240 per person including workbook and materials.

National Certification
This new accreditation offers businesses and individuals the opportunity to show that they meet nationally recognized standards of excellence in customer service and sales. Developed through the partnership of national business leaders, the National Retail Federation has pioneered this unique certification. To receive the National Certification Test from the National Retail Federation (NRF), use our approved testing site and pay the NRF test fee of only $70. The National Certificate from NRF is recognized nation-wide.

Scholarships and Grants
Contact us to see if you qualify for a scholarship that would fund the training. The Customer Service and Sales Training Center of Western New York is a State approved training provider for Workforce Investment Act funding.
