WAYS & MEANS

Robert Bausch - Chair, Esther Leadley, Mary Pat Hancock, and Raymond Cianfrini. Review all matters pertaining to general policy, rules, advisory board appointments, finance and debt, risk management, County Attorney, taxation and assessment, appraisal and disposition of property, Personnel wages and benefits, Central Services, County Clerk, Legislature Office, Information Technology, Job Development, Community College, Elections, Economic Development, STOP DWI, and Genesee County Self-Insurance.

PUBLIC SERVICE

Raymond Cianfrini-Chair, Robert Bausch, Rochelle M. Stein, and Marianne Clattenburg. Review all matters pertaining to highways & bridges, buildings & grounds, airport, county park, transportation, police, fire, emergency management services, District Attorney, Public Defender, Assigned Council, Corrections, Probation, Planning, Solid Waste, Environment, Weights & Measures, and Agricultural.

HUMAN SERVICE

Esther Leadley-Chair, Edward DeJaneiro, Jr., Frank Ferrando, and Annie Lawrence. Review all matters pertaining to Health, Social Sciences, County Nursing Home, Mental Health, Aging, Housing, Historian and Records Management, Museum, Veterans, Youth, Cooperative Extensions, Physically Handicapped Children's Program, Coroners, and Arts and Libraries.
