Proposals must be received prior to thedate/time listed below. Late Proposals will not be accepted.

If you have not filled out the Registration Form, please do so before downloading the RFP. If you do not register you may not be considered a qualified vendor.

Genesee County Nursing Home Management and Operational Dietary Deparment

Genesee County Purchasing will receive proposals for management and operation of Dietary Department at Genesee County Nursing Home.

Scope of Services may be obtained from Genesee County Purchasing Office, County Building No. 1, 15 Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Phone requests at 585-344-2550 ext. 2201. RFP may also be downloaded from the Purchasing webpage:www.co.genesee.ny.us/dpt/centralservices. Registration is required before downloading.

A Pre-Bidders Meeting will be held on August 31, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. Please contact Administration at the Genesee County Nursing Home to register for meeting: 585.344.0584 x2113.

Sealed Proposals must be in possession of Genesee County Purchasing, County Building No. 1, Main and Court Streets, Batavia, NY 14020, prior to 11: 00 A.M. on September 9, 2010. All proposals must be accompanied by a non-collusion statement and proposal form to be considered. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Genesee County reserves the right to forego any formalities and reject any or all proposals. Genesee County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
