The Planning Department offers other County Departments and agencies expertise with Geographic Information Systems and environmental mapping services. Our staff is able to prepare custom mapping for geographic analysis. The Department currently uses ArcView 9.3 GIS software. The Department's data inventory includes:

The Department's staff is able to create custom geographic coverages specific to the needs of your department or agency. We can then overlay these maps with existing data or other custom coverages and undertake a geographic analysis.
