The Health Department can bill Medicare Part B, American Progressive, MVP(Preferred Care), Independent Health, Excellus, Blue Cross of WNY and Univera. Empire, NYS Government Employees Health Program CANNOT be accepted. Clients are responsible for co-pays or unpaid claims.

For all others, the cost at the time of vaccination is:
Influenza $35.00
Pneumococcal $55.00
