The Health Department fulfills its mission through the provision of primary, preventive, rehabilitative, health educational and referral services. The main service areas include: homecare, long term home health care, family health, infant health assessment, disease control, screening and diagnostic clinics, immunizations, children with special needs, environmental health, health education, laboratory and various grant funded programs
