These services may include Nursing, Home Health Aide, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Intravenous Therapy, Nutrition and much more.

These services may be covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance or you may qualify for services at a reduced rate.

Long Term Home Health Care:

If you are seeking an alternative to Nursing Home placement you may be eligible for the Long Term Home Health care Program. This program delivers home health care on a long term basis to individuals with chronic illness or disability. It allows those who qualify to remain in their homes and receive an array of services which may include Nursing, Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy, Nutrition, Personal Care Aide, Social and Medical Day Care, Meals on Wheels and more.
