Services Included Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services (CDPAS) - The consumer (person with a disability) or a designated self-directing other (SDO) is responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and potentially terminating their own personal care attendants. Certain family members can qualify as personal care attendants. Please call for more details.  
Eligibility Requirements Applicants must be Medicaid eligible or willing to enter a private-pay agreement with the agency.  
Cost of Service and Fee Structure Medicaid reimbursed services. For those not eligible for Medicaid we do offer a private-pay option. Call our main office for details.
