Any person who was previously under probation supervision with Genesee County Probation Department may request written verification of a closed case record. Please click on the link below to print the form “Request For Closed Records” and submit it to our office at the address listed on the form.
THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL, SUBMITTED AND SIGNED BY THE INDIVIDUAL FOR WHOM THE RECORD IS REQUESTED.
