NY Connects Genesee Care Options is here to help you. Whether you are a senior, disabled person, or caregiver, we have a fair and easy way for you to get connected to the long term care help you need. We make the hard choices simpler for you.

This information was put together to give you quick and easy access to information. You will find all of the long term care and service options that are offered throughout Genesee County. This information is for people over age 60, disabled adults, children, infants, and their caregivers.

Many times; disability, aging, injury, or illness may lead to future problems. You, a family member, or a loved one might need help to plan for further care. Making choices about care during these times can be hard.

Questions you may have:

• Where can I turn for help?
• How can I find out about all of my options?
• Where can I find providers or caregivers?
• How will I pay for the care?
